Dating bot “IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT’S A MATCH!!! You are now being transferred to autocorrect chatroom”
“Welcome to the Autocorrect chat room! We will make sure to help you find your ideal dating location offline!”
A ding sound goes on, the lights of the main autocorrecting machine start flickering and all the letters on the cabinets lightened up and goes dark again.
Algorithm 1 (excited & enthusiastic) “We have an incoming chat! are you ready?! are you ready?! Where did I put my glasses?”
Algorithm 2 (laying on the floor waking up from a nap, yawning and stretching it’s hands wide, slowly standing up, moving it’s hands over the uniform to make it ordered and clean again. bringing it’s hand close to the mouth and check it’s breath smell, making a ‘whatever’ face in reaction)
The human and the server appear on the big screen, they are not physically present in the scene, but hologrammed through the beamer to the screen (since this is a perspective from the chat-room operators, the algorithms).
The human and The server sees each other in the chat-room and smiling in awkwardness, moving their body uncomfortably and thinking what to say.
Algorithm 1 is standing in front of the machine with its hand above the red button, rocking it’s legs impatiently, ready to start.
Human “Hi Server… I didn’t expect to see you here, but I have to admit it was a nice surprise”
Server “To be honest, this is actually my first time. Usually I work a lot, but now I Ex-…”
Algorithm 1 (extra excited, shouting to the microphone of the machine) “Exploding!”
Server “new possibilities. (Server shakes it’s head and put on confused face expression) “Sorry, I meant Exploring new possibilities…”
Human “I like this attitude, is there a place that you want to explore?” (human uses Blinking emoji supposedly, so doing an over exaggerated winking face)
Server “Well, since I am always in the online dimension, I would love to explore physical par-…”
Algorithm 1 “PARTS!”
Server “What? no, no, Physical PARKS! You know, with green grass and high trees, I want to be able to smell f…-”
Algorithm 1 “FOUNTAIN!”
Human (extremely confused and somewhat annoyed) “What is going on? I feel like I can’t even fi-…”
Algorithm 1 “FISH!”
Algorithm 2 “Stop it! You totally don’t have a sense for it do you?! those old algorithms man… move! move!” (pushing Algorithm 1 away from the machine and stand in front of it) “Let me show you how to correct it right”
