Several different characters (the Dating Profiles) are presented simultaneously on stage. They don’t look at each other, but do their own thing. Each character has a specific move/pose/sequence that they repeat, with intense concentration and a serious expression. Their goal is to show off their most attractive attributes and they take this so seriously that it almost becomes satirical. The Human is strolling through this ‘forest’ of Dating Profiles, who only occasionally notice her. 

All through the scene, music plays. A minimal beat with bodily sounds, dating app notification sounds and subtle soundbed of simple chords.

One or a few microphones on stands are on stage. Sometimes a Dating Profile says a line into one of the microphones.

Human is a bit overwhelmed and confused about how to react. She sings to herself– a few lines we’ve heard before in the eBay scene

Human is getting bored

Then…. an interesting profile appears. The Human walks towards it. It is The Server!
